Join our hands-on class offerings and explore the wonderful world of pastry and the confectionary arts.  Our classes are for everyone, from the novice baker to the more experienced.  Click on  a class to the left of this page to learn more and register online! You'll be paired into teams of two per work station and will be supplied with baking tools, aprons and recipes along with personalized instruction.  All classes include a break and light refreshment or lunch depending on the duration of the class.  Doors open 15 minutes prior to the start of class providing time to strap on your apron, enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and get ready for some fun! Pastry Chef Susanne Schilling will teach you the "why's and why not's"of baking as well as technique and a bit of chemistry! Welcome to our February Newsletter!  We are offering a new selection of classes through the month of March - we hope you'll find something of interest.  Get ready for the upcoming holiday and learn some new items to grace your Easter table. Learn to make cookies, tarts, breads, and  marzipan sculpturing. 

We've streamlined our class offering to Monday and Wednesday evenings, and all full days on Saturday.  We find that these times are more convenient for busy professionals and homemakers alike!
