Welcome to
the Rotary Club of Miami! We are
known for our enthusiasm, infectious spirit, camaraderie and commitment to
serve others. We work together on a number of different projects each year to
benefit our youth and our community, touching thousands of people since the
club’s inception. We have supported
financially a multitude of community and international projects.
The history of the Rotary Club of Miami is closely interwoven with
the history of our community itself. Our founding president was Dr. James
Jackson, for whom Jackson
Memorial Hospital
was named.
The Rotary Club of Miami celebrates over 95 years of service to
our community. Membership consists of men and women of all ages from
various vocations and ethnic backgrounds.
Although membership in the Rotary Club of Miami is by invitation
only, I encourage you to learn more about Rotary and what it means to be a
Rotarian.
