If you would like to include slides as part of your announcement, please send them to Gigi Lam well in advance of the meeting, at least 3 to 4 days, and she will be able to include your info in the flow of the meeting - either as background, or at a critical moment to reinforce your message when you are at the microphone for your one minute of fame. This is particularly important for club chairs who want to announce meetings, accomplishments, or details that are better covered with more than a one minute verbal overview.
