Our program will officially begin with lunch on Friday, March 6, 2015, and conclude with the Closing Session by 12:15 pm on Sunday, March 8, 2015.

1. If you arrive by car, leave your luggage in your car. However, you will need to be able to easily access business attire to have your picture taken for your District Directory.

2. Check-in at the Far West PETS Registration Desk; (open Friday, March 6 beginning at 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.). You will be given your name badge and holder, meal tickets, and a program.

3. Have your photograph taken in the designated area. (Dress: Business Attire). Also take time to visit the vendors and Project Expo.

4. Enjoy the pre-ticketed buffet located near the vendors area. We will start serving the sandwich buffet at 11:30 a.m. which closes promptly at 12:30 to reallocate the room space for classrooms. The Opening Session kicks-off the weekend at 1:00 p.m. Please be in your seat by 12:45 p.m.

5. Since hotel rooms are not available until mid-afternoon, we have arranged to have your room key distributed to you during the District Governors-Elect session around 5:30 p.m. DO NOT check-in with the hotel front desk.

6. If you have any registration difficulties, please check with the Adjustments Staff at the Far West PETS Registration Desk.

7. If you are arriving by plane at the San Jose airport, the hotel will provide a courtesy shuttle. The shuttle phone is located in the baggage claim area. Once you have called for the hotel shuttle service, proceed to the shuttle pick-up area outside of baggage claim. We will arrange for your luggage to be stored near the registration area. If you are driving and need directions, there is a map with information about the San Jose DoubleTree on the Hotel page on this website.

8. The dress throughout the days is business casual, while the evening sessions will be business evening attire.
