ClubRunner Becomes Official Rotary International Licensee

February 17, 2012, Oakville, Ontario, CANADA - ClubRunner, the leading provider of online Rotary club administration and communications software, is pleased to announce today, that it is now an official Rotary International Licensee.

ClubRunner Becomes Official RI LicenseeThe designation allows ClubRunner to participate in more Rotary based events, such as the International Assembly - an annual training conference for incoming Rotary district leaders -- increasing the opportunities for direct customer service and training. ClubRunner currently attends Rotary’s annual International Convention and approximately 20 regional training seminars and institutes across North America.

As one of the first software providers to become a licensed Rotary vendor, CubRunner also will have more flexibility to incorporate the Rotary logo into its software products.

Separate from the license agreement, ClubRunner has worked with Rotary International for the past two years on a database integration project that allows member-data entered into ClubRunner to be synched with Rotary International’s database.

Obtaining a vendor license is the latest step ClubRunner has taken to better connect with our Rotary customers,” says Adel Asterbadi, founder of ClubRunner. “Our goal is to continue to build on this relationship through collaborative efforts that are in line with Rotary’s online strategies.”

Rotary International looks forward to continued collaboration with vendors like ClubRunner that provide valuable services to Rotary club members.

Rotary International is working hard to simplify the administrative duties for club and district leaders, and by partnering with vendors like ClubRunner, we’re hopeful that we’ve reduced the burden on hard working Rotarians who take on these important record-keeping tasks,” says Peter Markos, Rotary International’s chief information officer and general manager of information services. “The real win for Rotary is that with fewer administrative hurdles, club and district leaders can focus their energy where it really belongs: on strategic priorities such as strengthening membership and increasing their service impact.”
