We had a great year here at ClubRunner and we’d like to thank each and every one of our users in helping make our success possible. With your support by our side, we hit many milestones in 2012.
Events
We never give up a chance to visit our customers and this past year, we began our journey in January with our first stop being the Rotary International Assembly in San Diego. We reunited with some of our ClubRunner champions and had the opportunity to meet some great new leaders. From mid-February to mid-April, ClubRunner had attended 16 President Elect Training seminars across North America, and 6 Zone Institutes between September and November. In May, we had the privilege of attending the largest Rotary event – the International Convention in Thailand, which saw a record number of visitors to our booth. It was overwhelming to see the level of interest coming our way as we showcased our latest features and upgrades to everyone around us. We came back from Thailand with some great memories that we shared with both our customers and with some wonderful new friends that we made. 
Mobile App
After the amazing response we received for our iPhone app, we were proud to release the ClubRunner Mobile App for Android devices to our user community. Thank you for all your support and patience. The Android App received an overwhelmingly positive response and we’re proud to see our download statistics increase day by day.
Rotary District Version 2.2
In 2012, we redesigned ClubRunner for Districts by adding many new features, improving existing modules, giving it a fresh new look and making it easier to use. We like to call this upgrade – District Version 2.2!

ClubRunner District Grants Management Module
As Rotary International plans to roll out the Future Vision model for grants across all Districts in 2013, Districts worldwide are planning drastic changes to the way they plan, administer and report on their grants procedures. Over the past few months, we've worked along with Rotary districts on a brand new District Grant Management module, an integrated solution that will simplify and streamline the new grant management process for clubs and districts. The Future Vision product will create a special area in the District site for Grant Committee members to login and review all active and archived grants in their District. International Growth
The year 2012 saw the most expansion for ClubRunner internationally, with clubs from numerous countries joining the customer family, including from the UK, UAE, Australia, New Zealand, India, Nigeria, Singapore, Malaysia and Guatemala - just to name a few.
Our multilingual translation project is an ongoing success with translations being currently being completed in Portuguese, Dutch and even Chinese. We are looking to continue adding even more languages in 2013. Please click here to learn more about our Global Translation Project.
Customer Wish List
Every year we receive hundreds upon hundreds of suggestions from customers about features they would like to see added to ClubRunner. As we receive these suggestions, it’s our goal to incorporate as many suggestions and feature requests as we can from our customer wish list. Last year, our development team worked very hard to meet these requests as they continued to work on their most important project – development of the upcoming ClubRunner Version 3.0. From adding even more synchronization tools to the RI Integration feature to creating a new reports module; from adding numerous features to MyEventRunner to enhancing the documents download feature; from providing more flexibility to resize and upload your photos to being able to link to your photo albums from any page on your site – we made a lot of changes to ClubRunner this year, with even more remarkable changes coming your way in 2013. Of course, none of this would have been possible without your support.
So here’s to an outstanding 2012 and to a wonderful new year. We look forward to achieving success together in 2013 as we continue to expand and improve ClubRunner to meet all of your growing needs.
