Add Larger Images Directly From Your Image Library

We've implemented a convenient 'Add Image' button to the Stories and Site pages editors to make it even easier to embed pictures within your text and brief. You can now upload pictures from your computer or better yet, access your Image Library for easy access to commonly used images. Make your web pages and bulletins pop with large, vibrant images!

 Facebook Widget

Integrate Facebook into your website effortlessly with out widget selector. Available to both Clubs and Districts, the 'Facebook Like Button' is available as a widget in the Website Designer 2.0 section. Once added to your site, a Like button will appear, which visitors can simply click on to add your website link and club information to their Facebook wall. The widget then updates automatically to reflect this action by displaying the number of likes your website has received.

You can also add the Facebook Like button to your stories, another great way to promote your club or District!

Favicon

We've added a default browser icon which is displayed right next to your website URL in the address bar. Thus, when an individual adds your site to their favourites list or creates a shortcut of your website link, the customized icon is displayed rather than a default html icon. You can even change the default icon from the Website Designer 2.0 section.

ClubRunner District Version 2.1

Released July 1, 2011, this release includes the addition of five new modules to the District service package:

• Event Planner 2.0: A new and improved version of Events Management, this module allows you to email invitations to the entire District membership, register and track payments, allow individual clubs to register and even allow public registrations. A major improvement is also the introduction of the SmartClick registration link in the individual emails, which tracks the member but no longer requires a login.
• District eDirectory 2.0: This new module is a powerful report builder which allows you to custom design unlimited reports by specifying sections, data sources and fields to display.
• District eBulletin 2.0: A customizable newsletter just for Districts! Design a custom banner, import stories, news and events from the homepage and add large graphics. Distribute with one click to all members in the District.
• District Dashboards: View a snapshot of vital statistics of your membership in a graphical format, including membership growth, gender and age distribution.
• Email Merge Fields: Create personalized emails by embedding mail merge fields into your email broadcasts, based on sender, recipient or club information.
