ClubRunner for Rotary International
Did you know ClubRunner was founded by Rotarians?
An Official Rotary International Licensee, ClubRunner is the leading software provider for Rotary clubs and districts worldwide. Already in use by thousands of Rotary clubs and districts, ClubRunner offers a robust database management for clubs and districts, in conjunction with attendance reporting, event and volunteer management, website and directory support and e-communication services.
Launched in 2003, ClubRunner is a proven, mature software solution for clubs and districts looking to implement an online, database driven membership management system. The first vendor to have fully integrated its database with Rotary International, ClubRunner continues to work closely with Rotary International on this and many other projects.
In use by 8 of the first 10 Rotary clubs, and numerous large clubs such as Seattle, Los Angeles, Boston, New York, Sacramento, Oakland, Toronto, and San Francisco, ClubRunner is designed not just for large clubs but is suited for and used by small and medium sized clubs.
In addition to database management, ClubRunner is designed to improve membership retention and growth, public relations and image, and makes managing a club's overall functions more efficient.
Our Brief History
In April of 2008, ClubRunner celebrated its 5th year anniversary but many customers today may not know our history. Started in District 7080 in Ontario, Canada, ClubRunner began as a project by the District 7080 Internet Chair, a long time Rotarian and Past President with the Mississauga City Centre Rotary Club. As a software provider for major banks and insurance companies, his company, Doxess Inc. (ClubRunner's parent company), was already adept at using the latest technology to create documents, manage online databases and perform various time saving work flow functions within an organization. Working closely with District 7080 and the Mississauga City Centre Rotary Club, we took this knowledge and experience and adapted it to the way Rotary clubs work. After creating a district version, the club and zone version soon followed.
The need was so great within Rotary that ClubRunner grew very quickly to span six continents worldwide with most clubs in the United States, Canada and Australia.
Today, ClubRunner is continuing its investment into the Rotary software, with plans of releasing a vast number of features to complete the suite of club operation and administration. With the largest user base of any software company within Rotary, ClubRunner is leading the way with its state of the art service. A Microsoft Certified Partner, ClubRunner is based on the industry standard .NET platform, the most widely used system for large, enterprise level websites. This platform is what has enabled ClubRunner to grow at a 100% growth rate every single year since its release in 2003.
